Workshop Details
Explore your subconscious mind, connect with your inner child and activate your healing. This workshop details and explains the importance of shadow work and inner-child healing in addressing how we feel and experience the world within and around us. It asks the participants to take a deep dive into their subconscious, repressed emotions, sensations, and unprocessed experiences that give rise to the unhappiness many of us feel in our lives. The workshop forms the foundational understanding of healing, how to process emotions, and the importance of addresing our feelings.
Presenter Bio
Lauren and David are the Founders of HOST, an online platform and community serving the expansion and healing of others. HOST trains and qualifies aspiring coaches in all healing modalities, such as shadow work, inner-child healing, breathwork, Reiki, and Somatics. HOST also runs the Healers Embodiment Program, which takes clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them clear emotional blocks and rewire their subconscious minds to empower them to live a fulfilling life. Reiki Masters and shadow work coaches, David and Lauren have helped 1000s of people heal and find safety in themselves and their bodies, teaching practical knowledge and empowering others with the tools to truly impact their lives for the better.
