Join Katharine for a sound journey through the mind, body and soul, combining a specially selected, soothing range of instruments, sounds and breaths that calm the nervous system, bring light and hope to the heart, and send you off with soothing breathwork techniques to use long after you’ve left the show.
Katharine has one soul aim: to do her own small part to try and help people stop feeling like fish out of water through the breath, stretch, flex and of course that all important bit we humans often forget about – rest. After spending the last ten years training alongside some of the very best UK wellness teachers and healers (and many MBS favourites) – including Anne Malone for sound healing, gong master Mehtab Benton, Carolyn Cowan for breathwork, and Kwali Kumara for kundalini yoga) – Katharine founded Feel Like a Fish in Water.
Each session is totally unique, with breaths, sounds and stretches to help participants discover the power of the pause and tools to radically change the way we feel. She regularly hosts sessions online and at her own private space in north London, and has also taught at other leading wellness destinations such as the Lanserhof and Sen.
