Susan has been a passionate Yogi for over 15 years. She began to study more deeply and became a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 2021. I have also studied Yoga Nidra with the Yoga Nidra Network and love to incorporate sound into Nidra after studying Sacred Sound with Anne Malone.
