Join Katharine for a Kundalini Yoga ceremony. Combining powerful heavenly breathwork, with just the right balance of subtle and strong postures, this session will leave you feeling like the peaceful warrior we all are deep down, and with a contented, empowered understanding that we can’t be perfect or control everything. This session is open to all levels and abilities.
Katharine has one soul aim: to do her own small part to try and help people stop feeling like fish out of water through the breath, stretch, flex and of course that all important bit we often forget about – rest.
After spending the last ten years training alongside some of the very best UK wellness teachers and healers (and many MBS favourites) – including Kwali Kumara and Siri Sadhana for kundalini yoga, Carolyn Cowan for Breathwork, Anne Malone for sound healing and gong master Mehtab Benton - Katharine founded Feel Like a Fish in Water.
She is passionate about making meditation easy, and opening the doors for as many as possible to experience and benefit from kundalini yoga, stillness, sound healing and holistic treatments and techniques which enable us all to learn how to release our own feel good hormones, connect into our inner contented self and ensure everyone feels as welcome as possible regardless of body size, age, ability or outfit.
Each session is totally unique, with breaths, sounds and stretches to help participants discover the power of the pause and tools to radically change the way we feel, and ensuring each class sends participants off with tools and techniques to use in everyday life. She regularly hosts kundalini yoga and sound healing sessions online and at her own private space in north London, and has also taught at other leading wellness destinations such as the Lanserhof, Bamford and Sen.
