5Rhythms is a meditation through movement—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community. This practice aims to put the body in motion in order to still the mind. The five rhythms are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. The 5Rhythms, when danced in sequence, are known as a "Wave." A typical Wave takes about an hour to dance. No experience needed.
Ajay is an accredited teacher of the 5Rhythms. His spiritual journey began over a decade ago with a strong practice of seated meditation and this continues to inform his 5Rhythms teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher. In the past two years, Ajay has been teaching 5rhythms every Thursday evening at Colet House, West London.
