Accessibility

We want to ensure that your visit to Mind Body Spirit Festival at London Olympia is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Below is key accessibility information to help you plan your visit.

Public Transport

Kensington (Olympia) is the nearest station to the National Hall, just a 5-minute walk away, with step-free access. It is served by Southern Rail and London Overground at all times, while the District Line operates on weekends.

For alternative routes, Earl’s Court and Hammersmith stations are both approximately a 15-minute walk from the venue and also offer step-free access.

For more details on step-free travel, please refer to the TfL Step-Free Access Guide.

Blue Badge Parking

Parking at Olympia is limited, so pre-booking online is required. Standard Olympia Events' parking tariffs apply.

There are wide bays available for Blue Badge holders in the motorail car park, issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booking does not guarantee a disabled bay but ensures you have a space in the motorail car park.

On arrival, please inform parking staff that you have pre-booked and require a disabled bay. A member of the team will assist you.

Wheelchair Access

London Olympia is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with lifts providing access to all levels and wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities available throughout the venue.

Venue Access

Olympia National: Entrance is at the junction of Olympia Way and Hammersmith Road. A wheelchair lift is available in the foyer.

For any special access requirements, please get in touch with the Olympia team via their Contact Us page.

Mobility Equipment Hire

Wheelchairs are available to borrow at Olympia Events with a refundable security deposit. We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Please use the Contact Us page on the Olympia website to arrange your booking. Your wheelchair will be ready upon arrival.

Assistance Animals

Only trained assistance animals and guide dogs are allowed by the venue. However, please note that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite, and owners are fully responsible for their animal’s well-being. Dogs must be kept under control on a lead, harness, or in a pet carrier.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible, unisex toilet facilities are available throughout the venue. There are also modified cubicles within the standard gents' and ladies' toilets.

Complimentary Tickets

We offer free entry tickets for carers or interpreters supporting visitors with accessibility needs. If you require a complimentary ticket for a carer or interpreter, please email us at info@mindbodyspirit.co.uk with your booking details, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have any further questions about accessibility, feel free to reach out to us or check the Olympia website for additional details. We look forward to welcoming you!
