Immerse yourself in the soothing sound waves of gongs played by Joanna Bilik of Gongfree in a gong bath of pure sound healing with an amazing array of gongs and other instruments all in one session as you relax laying down. As we elevate our energies to another plane and re-emerge as the best of ourselves revitalised and ready to face all the dark corners of our psyche that hinders us down. The feeling of calm and nothingness, self healing and bliss.
Presenter Bio
Joanna Bilik started in music TV ad record labels, having been part of the music and media since the 1990's but with a huge interest for 60's and 70's the spiritual, holistic and esoteric. A Reiki Practitioner, Sound Therapist and Teacher. Joanna has Co-created Lake of Frequency Gong Master Training with Don Conreaux, Yaelle Eloul Shaphir Lac (Nanaki Joy Conreaux) with collaborations from world renowned singers Laboratorium Piesni and Wachlarze Bojowe. Co-creator of Alchemy Sound Healing as seen previously in Om and Bass Wellness Festival with Yoga against Trafficking, Om Yoga Magazine, OM Yoga Show, Mind Body Soul, Lightness of Being, Time Out, Evening Standard, Awakened Souls Magazine, Ham and high etc. Gongfree is offering CMA, IGCT, IAOTH accredited training following and honouring Dons legacy. And became the featured and recommended training school for IAOTH October 2024. Joanna offers bi monthly gong baths in the Shaolin Temple in London. At the beginning of 2025 Joanna’s film with internationally award winning Bui Sisters and Desi Kunsa starring Don Conreaux and his Daughter Yaelle Eloul Shaphir Lac “A journey into gongs and sound therapy with Don Conreaux” is set to be released.
