Workshop Details
'We're richer when we share', says Lance. All genders are invited to gather around an imagined fire, to pause and connect more deeply with ourselves and each other. You could think of this as an oasis, with moments of stillness, reflection and invitations to bring compassionate awareness to our bodies and breath.
Presenter Bio
Lance Martins, a 61 year old Black man, with a life mission of 'I create opportunities for deeper connection, firstly by being present, and then by seeing, and sharing, my creativity, my compassion, my playfulness, my joy and my wisdom. And doing it with grace.' Leaving 29 years of working in the creative sector of the corporate world, he has been following his soul's calling, helping others to connect with their innate creativity, using mediation practices, discovery processes and compassionate discourse. With a deep passion for men's personal development work, he regularly holds men's circles, and staffs initiation experiences, where men can become more aware of their emotional landscape, learn to be more conscious of how they show up, and ultimately help to make the world a better place.
