Presenter Bio

Michele Paradise is a trauma-informed therapist and relationship coach, with 20 years experience, and has trained in several methodologies in the field of trauma. She started her career learning Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trained by Dr Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna, and becoming one of their assistants for 10 years. She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a certified practitioner in Havening Techniques with the creator of the technique, Dr Ronald Ruden. She was a personal development coach with Dr Deepak Chopra’s on Jiyo and had her own channel called The Healing Haven. She trained with Dr Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry and is now also training in Internal Family Systems, a methodology created by Dr Richard Schwartz. Michele's work focuses on healing relationships, starting with the relationship with yourself, using concepts such as Attachment Theory, Non-Violent Communication, Compassionate Inquiry, IFS and much more. Through an engaging blend of interactive exercises, group dialogues, and personalised coaching, you will be empowered to recognise and heal past traumas, liberate yourself from restrictive beliefs, and self-awareness and emotional resilience.
