A class to rejuvenate and invigorate, working with the heart centre. We will do a practice of breathwork and yin yoga to open and connect. It will centre around releasing the shoulders, neck and spine, to assist in finding balance and enable us to build relationships around us as well as with ourselves.
We will experience long-held stretches around the shoulders as well as myofascia release to promote energy flow. As we open up through the heart we begin to accept ourselves as who we are, both the light and the dark, enabling us to be ok with what is and what will be. This will be both a transformational and relaxing session.
Cal is a passionate and experienced vinyasa flow and yin yoga teacher. She has trained extensively with renowned US teachers Baron Baptiste and Paul Grilley, and is forever grateful to them for passing on their wisdom and their knowledge. She teaches with a sense of light heartedness and fun; her classes are both challenging but inclusive. Yoga is, undoubtedly, a transformative journey, both physical, energetic and mental, and Cal brings a dynamic energy to her classes to create an opportunity and opening for something new. She looks forward to sharing her passion with you on the mat.
