Embodied Perimenopause & Menopause Yoga is thoughtfully designed to support you through these transitions and beyond. You will engage in practices that help you to stay grounded in challenging times whilst reconnecting with your body's innate wisdom, strength, and authority. The class combines gentle movement, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and relaxation to help you feel centered, empowered, and at ease.

Presenter Bio

Rashpal Kaur has been guiding yoga and meditation practices for over 20 years, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and cultivate inner nourishment. She is deeply passionate about crafting meaningful rituals and ceremonies to honour life�s transitions. Believing that life stages are powerful portals of transformation, Rashpal creates spaces where individuals are witnessed, celebrated, and empowered to embrace their new ways of being with dignity, grace and confidence.
