Why train in Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing disease in the body. Kinesiology aims to detect and correct imbalances that may relate to stress, nutrition or minor injuries. Through muscle testing and body awareness kinesiology can help you to reduce stress and pain, improve performance at school, work and home, in sports, in relationships, and it promotes health and wellbeing.
Please note, you do not need to buy a separate entry ticket to the festival as a four-day festival pass, worth £50, is included in the price.
