  • Simple verbal guidance techniques to enhance a breathwork journey.
  • How to integrate SOMA Breath into personal practice and daily life for better health, energy, and mental clarity.
  • This course is a stepping stone for those who want to experience the benefits of SOMA Breath and potentially explore deeper levels of training.

What official certificate will there be at the end?

Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance for completing this course at the festival.

This certification acknowledges their participation and foundational understanding of SOMA Breath techniques. However, it does not grant professional facilitation rights. They are licensed to teach free sessions but are not able to charge a fee for it. For those inspired to build a thriving wellness business,we encourage upgrading to SOMA Breath Level 1 Training, which offers deeper training, access to our full music library, and the official certification.


Do students need to do any post-festival coursework to complete it?
No, there is no post-festival coursework. The course is fully immersive and self-contained during the festival session. However, for those who wish to expand their learning and take their breathwork practice further, we provide opportunities to continue training through our SOMA Breath Level 1 Training program. 

 

Presenter Bio

Brook Avsar is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor and Trainer. 

Before discovering the power of Breath, Brook was in the corporate arena juggling responsibilities and deadlines, feeling disconnected, overwhelmed and burnt out. She knew deep down she was more than her thoughts, her circumstances or who she was expected to be. Today, she supports people to master the power of breath to transform fear into courage, stress into stillness, fatigue into vigor, and chaos into calm. Brook believes unlocking your fullest potential is not in a high-tech gadget or a magic pill, but something as simple, and free, as your breath. She describes BREATH as a supportive partner taking the lead with ease and conviction that we are safe to do the lifts, the turns and the jumps as we glide & rise in the dance of life. With the therapeutic power of SOMA Breath's extraordinary music and "Breathe in Beats" technology, she loves guiding incredibly energizing & deeply transformational journeys for her clients and students where each breath becomes a tool for finding clarity, achieving inner tranquility & emotional resilience, enhancing stamina and increasing focus. So finding your flow and taking aligned actions from a space of calm & confidence can become anyone's "new familiar" Fun facts about Brook: She made her first ever money by winning a poetry award at university, she worked as a chef at fine dining restaurants & wellness retreats and used to sing in a band.
