Yin & Flow is a journey from stillness to movement, an opportunity to reset, restore, and reconnect before flowing with ease. Begin by surrendering into deep rest with nourishing Yin postures, allowing your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to find balance. From this place of calm, you'll transition into a gentle, flowing Vinyasa sequence, moving with intention and breath to awaken energy and create space within. This practice is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and flow with awareness; a moment of introspection that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully present. Open to all levels: come as you are and find your flow.
Sabrinas movement roots trace back to her first ballet class at 3 yrs old. After performing in the UK and Europe she sustained various injuries. She went on to train as a ballet teacher at The RAD graduating with a BA (Hons), and a Classical Pilates instructor. She began practising yoga at the age of 16 with her Grandmother. Already she knew yoga would be a huge part of her life As an adult, yoga along with therapy helped her to manage anxiety, addictions and trauma. Her mat became a calm space where she could retreat from life's demands and started to become aware of her patterns and behaviours. Sabrina completed her first YTT with The Yoga People (TYP), in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket and Mandala with TYP, Rocket 2/3 with TYP and Marcus Veda, Rocket and Science with Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham. Expect to connect to something deeper than asana and explore your potential on the mat, with a sprinkle of laughter and a little anatomy. Yoga has been a journey of self-acceptance for me, and Im still on that journey
