Grace began her journey in 2009 when her practice came to life in the form of regular hot yoga classes. She was drawn to the mat for the physical and mental challenges the practice provided and kept coming back because of the overall impact it was making in her life. After years of considering training she certified with Fierce Grace Yoga in London with Michele Pernetta. Her natural inclination to practice movement with breath and exploration of the body through intelligent and creative sequencing, led her to deepen her knowledge in Vinyasa yoga with Jason Crandell, with whom she completed her 300hrs. During her pregnancy, she trained in Pre and Post-Natal Yoga, a practice which gives her immense joy to teach for the sense of connection and empowerment shes able to give back to women. Shes currently extending her knowledge studying with pelvic floor and core physical therapist, Sarah Duvall. Driven by a desire to introduce people to the benefits of a regular yoga practice, her classes promote body and mind awareness and create a balance between strength and flexibility. She caters to all levels and abilities; breaks down postures, lets new students feel at ease, encourages experienced practitioners to explore further and provides alternatives for injuries. With a focus on anatomy and keeping our modern bodies functional, she guides students to find connection with breath, body and mind.
