Presenter Bio

Luiz is a Brazilian firecracker with an infectious personality and a background in Sports, Bodybuilding, and Yoga. A beast in the gym and a spiritual warrior on the mat. His 360 approach uses yoga to restore and reconnect the mind and body. Luiz�s Latino blood brings a passionate soul and focus on getting people fitter, and stronger, and creating your best you. Luiz's yoga journey began when he connected with Micheal James Wong, he was first introduced to yin yoga and Pranayama to help him heal his mind and body after a bike crash and to support his fast-paced lifestyle. Graduated by Micheal James Wong, inspired by Marcus Veda and Stewart Gilchrist he is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pranayama, alongside Biomechanics and Functional Anatomy for sports and exercise. His 8 years of PT are rooted in his way of teaching. His teaching style is focusing on alignment, movement progression, and strength; Physically and Mentally.
